1. Introduction

IGLikes.io ("IGLikes.io", "we", "us", or "our") provides digital social media marketing and engagement services to customers worldwide. These Terms explain how our services operate, the commitments we make, and the responsibilities you accept as a customer. They should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Delivery Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable law. It is your responsibility to review the current version before each purchase. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not place an order or use our services.

IGLikes.io offers digital marketing and engagement services for public Instagram and TikTok accounts, including likes, followers, views, comments, and automated engagement subscriptions such as Auto Likes. Our services are intended to support visibility and social proof; they are promotional in nature and are not a guarantee of any specific commercial, financial, or growth outcome.

We are an independent provider and operate without any affiliation to the social media platforms on which content is hosted.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that your use of our services complies with all laws applicable to you.

5. Digital Social Media Services

All services offered by IGLikes.io are digital services that are delivered electronically. Because they are intangible, are made available to you immediately or shortly after payment, and cannot be returned once delivery has begun, they are treated differently under these Terms from physical goods, including with respect to cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by placing an order you request immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply may be lost once delivery has started.

6. Instagram and TikTok Services

Our services interact with content hosted on third-party platforms whose rules, features, and technical behavior are entirely outside our control. The availability, speed, consistency, and durability of engagement may be affected by platform policies, algorithm updates, maintenance, rate limits, and enforcement actions taken by those platforms.

We continuously adapt our delivery methods to maintain reliable service, but we do not control and are not responsible for the actions of any social media platform.

7. Account and Username Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing the correct username, profile URL, post link, or video link when placing an order. Orders are fulfilled exactly to the destination you submit at checkout. We are unable to redirect, recover, reverse, or refund engagement that has been delivered to an incorrect destination as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or mistyped information provided by you.

Please verify all order details carefully before completing payment.

8. Public Account Requirement

Your account and the relevant post or video must remain public and accessible for the entire duration of delivery. Delivery cannot be completed to accounts that are private, restricted, deactivated, suspended, or otherwise inaccessible. If your account is not public when an order is processed, delivery may be delayed, partially completed, or fail, and any such outcome is treated as a customer-side condition for which a refund is not available.

9. Order Placement

An order is deemed placed and accepted once payment has been authorized. You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing checkout, including the selected service, quantity, pricing, and destination link or username. We reserve the right to accept, decline, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect error, abuse, or fraud.

10. Payment Terms

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and by submitting payment you authorize the charge and confirm that you are the lawful holder of, and are authorized to use, the payment method provided. You agree to pay all amounts due for orders placed under your account.

11. Digital Delivery

Orders typically begin processing automatically and shortly after payment is confirmed. Any estimated delivery time displayed on our website is a good-faith estimate provided for guidance only and is not a guarantee. Delivery is considered complete once the ordered quantity has been delivered to the destination you provided, or once the active service period for a subscription has elapsed.

12. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may vary due to demand, large order volumes, platform maintenance, algorithm updates, technical conditions, or provider-side factors. Reasonable delays do not constitute a failure to deliver. Where delivery has not commenced or completed within a reasonable period, we will investigate and assist through support, and where appropriate we will provide a refill, replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

13. Platform Changes and Algorithm Updates

Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms regularly modify their systems, policies, interfaces, and algorithms. Such changes can temporarily affect delivery speed, cause engagement to be recalculated, or result in metric adjustments. IGLikes.io is not responsible for changes, actions, recalculations, or enforcement decisions made by any platform, but we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of service.

14. Engagement Fluctuations and Drops

Social media metrics are inherently variable and may rise or fall over time. Platforms periodically audit, recalculate, or remove engagement, which can cause partial drops after delivery. Fluctuations and drops are a normal characteristic of social media and do not, by themselves, constitute non-delivery or a defect in our services.

Where a service includes refill or replacement coverage, qualifying drops are addressed through that remedy rather than through an automatic refund, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Delivery Policies.

15. Refills and Replacements

For services that include refill or replacement coverage, we will, upon a valid and timely request within the applicable support window, restore eligible engagement affected by a qualifying drop. Refills and replacements are our standard and primary remedy for post-delivery fluctuations. Eligibility is subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, including keeping your account public and your content unchanged.

16. Subscriptions and Auto Likes

Subscription services, including Auto Likes, automatically deliver engagement to new eligible posts during the active, paid billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect for upcoming billing cycles; it does not retroactively cancel or refund the current period that has already been activated or delivered. Detection and delivery to each new post may take some time after publication, and posts published while a subscription is paused, cancelled, or expired are not covered.

17. Free Trials and Promotional Credits

We may offer free trials, promotional credits, or discounts at our sole discretion. Promotional and trial services are provided as a courtesy, do not constitute a purchase, carry no monetary value, and are not eligible for any cash refund. We may modify, limit, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, and we may revoke promotional benefits where we detect abuse.

18. Wallet Credits

Where store or wallet credits are issued, they may be applied toward future orders on IGLikes.io. Credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable, may be subject to expiry, and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law. Credits issued as a goodwill resolution do not constitute an admission of liability.

19. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, you agree to: provide accurate order details; keep your account and relevant content public throughout delivery; avoid changing your username or deleting content during delivery; comply with the rules of the relevant platform; and contact our support team first if any issue arises. Failure to meet these responsibilities may prevent delivery and is treated as a customer-side condition.

20. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; for accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage; or in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

21. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, our business, and our payment partners, we use fraud-prevention measures that may include verification of IP address, device, and payment information. Orders identified as high risk may be held for review, declined, or cancelled. Confirmed fraudulent activity, unauthorized payments, or repeated abuse may result in cancellation without refund and a permanent ban from our services.

22. Refunds

Completed digital services are generally not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law. Where a service cannot be delivered, our standard resolutions—offered in good faith and at our reasonable discretion—are a refill, replacement, store credit, or, where appropriate, a refund. 23. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact our support team and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered in accordance with these policies, may be considered a breach of these Terms and, where applicable, may be treated as a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback.

In connection with any dispute, you authorize IGLikes.io to compile and submit relevant evidence to payment processors, card networks, and banks, which may include order records, timestamps, delivery logs and proof of delivery, account and username details provided by you, customer communications, IP, device, and payment metadata, and records evidencing your acceptance of these Terms and related policies. We may also recover, to the extent permitted by law, reasonable costs and fees arising from wrongful chargebacks.

24. No Guarantee of Virality, Sales, Monetization, or Verification

Our services provide digital engagement only. We do not guarantee, and you should not expect, any specific outcome, including virality, audience growth, follower retention, increased sales or revenue, monetization, eligibility for any platform program, account verification, or any business or financial result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, audience, and the policies and behavior of the relevant platform.

25. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

IGLikes.io is an independent social media marketing provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any other social media platform. All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used on this website for identification and descriptive purposes only. References to any platform do not imply any partnership, association, or endorsement.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGLikes.io and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. We are not liable for platform-side actions such as content removal, restrictions, shadow-banning, or account suspension. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

27. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IGLikes.io and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms or any policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

28. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, pricing, or aspect of our website at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

29. Termination or Refusal of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer who violates these Terms, engages in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct, or initiates wrongful chargebacks. Upon termination, we may cancel pending orders and withhold further service, and the relevant provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

30. Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and IGLikes.io regarding our services and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
